The Columbia Global Centers | East Asia (CGCEA) office is now recruiting an executive assistant.
1. Qualifications for applicants
Bachelor degree or above, major in English preferred;
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English;
At least 1 year working experience, working experience with foreign-owned enterprise is preferred;
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, character integrity and independent problem-solving ability are essential;
Good team player;
Can-do Attitude
2. Responsibilities
Arranging events and appointment, scheduling meetings, and all the other tasks for the Director;
Preparing reimbursement forms and other paperwork for the Director;
Ad hoc projects deemed necessary by the Director;
Assist in other administrative work and office management tasks as needed.
